Iqbal Hassan Moona among 35 accounts officers granted non-functional pay scale | KNO

Srinagar, Aug 26 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has sanctioned the grant of Non-Functional Pay Scale to 35 Junior Scale Accounts Officers, including Iqbal Hassan Moona. As per government order, a copy of which lies in the possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), states that the officers have been granted Pay Level 10-A, carrying a pay scale of Rs 56,600 to Rs 1,79,800, with effect from the dates indicated against their names. The order includes eight retired officers and one deceased officer among the 35 officials covered by the sanction. The benefit follows recommendations made by the Selection Committee at its meeting held on August 3, 2026. The other officers covered by the order include Iqbal Hassan Moona, Umakant Khajuria, Javed Ahmad Tantray, Gulzar Ahmed Sheikh, Shah Basharat Ahmad, Ashu Sharma, Zahoor Ahmad War, Irfan Rashid, Mohd Qausim, Dr Amir Qazi, Prediman Krishan Bhat, Abdul Majid Thug, Amarjit Singh Sandhu, Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, Mohd Maqbool Kumar, Masarat Shafi Bandey, Vikram Jyoti, Sandeep Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Raina, Rajinder Kumar Bhat, Ravinder Kumar Raina, Shabir Ahmad Wagay, Mushtag Ahmad Mir, Shamim Ajaz, Akhya Kumar, Manzoor Akbar Dar, Tariq Ahmad Khan, Rufaidah Zahoor, Dr Yuthika Bhandari, Ursila Tabasum, Akshay Sharma, Waseem Ahmad Ganie, Mohammad Imran Bandey, Malik Rahat Ahmad and Rajesh Kumar—(KNO)
